Bought jewelry online but tracking number doesn’t exist

I ordered some jewelry from Zarino-originals.com and paid $62.59. I never got the package. I tried contacting the delivery company they said they used, it’s called GOFO. But the tracking number from Zarino doesn’t even exist in their system. I emailed [email protected] about it but no reply. Just feels like a total scam.

Ordered from Zarino Originals and got cheap Temu junk instead

I emailed them right after I got the confirmation email because it said 5 weeks for delivery. I wanted to cancel. They told me it was too late because they already sent my request to the shipping company.

I just got the product more than 2 weeks later. It's the same cheap junk you can get on Temu for a couple of dollars. I paid $71.26 for this. Their website is zarino-originals.com and their email is [email protected]. I don't know what else to do at this point.

Ordered rings, got a fake and a substitute, refund was a hassle

I ordered two rings from Zarino Originals. The shipping took around four weeks and came from Hong Kong. One ring wasn't even what I ordered, they just sent a substitute. The second ring was a cheap fake, nothing like the picture online.

I wrote to them asking for a refund. They came back with this crazy return process. It needed all sorts of documentation and the shipping costs would have been more than the rings cost. Their other offer was a refund of just 20% of what I paid. I took the 20%.

I got the partial refund. I'm never ordering from them again.
