Pinterest ad led me to a store that sent the wrong item
I got the merchandise but it wasn't what was pictured in their advertising. I even made a video of me opening the package and taking the contents out as proof, but they still deny it or offer me 50% refund of the wrong item so I don't have to return it to China. They keep saying the item I received was as described even though I sent pictures showing it's not, along with a picture of what they actually advertised.
I'm going to contact my credit card and PayPal to file a fraud complaint.
Ordered wrong ring size and they won't exchange
Bracelet broke the first day and ring turned my skin green
The bracelet had 2 chains break on it the very first day. Just wearing it normally. The ring was pretty at first but after about 2 weeks copper showed through. I wasn't allergic to it and that was the whole reason I ordered from them in the first place. The whole "lifetime keepsake" thing is a joke. I spent 29.95 on this stuff and it's falling apart already.
