Shorts ordered from TV ad never showed up

I saw those shorts advertised on TV with a QR code. I didn't scan it, just wrote down the website from the screen. The site said the product was made in the US, so I ordered the 5 pack. My bank sent me a message saying they blocked the charge and if it was legit to try again. But even with the block, I got charged $23, which wasn't even the right amount.

I went on their live chat right away and the person asked for proof of the purchase. I sent it and then she just stopped replying. I went ahead and did the purchase again like the bank said and that one was $45. The tracking says it was delivered 3 days ago but nothing showed up. Calling the number just disconnects and emails bounce back. I'm out $68 total and can't get anyone to answer.
