Facebook ad looked like Nordstrom sale but was Zelnordsoul

I saw an ad on Facebook that looked like the Nordstrom anniversary sale. Turned out it wasn't Nordstrom at all. It was from this company called Zelnordsoul, and the confirmation said the shipping was coming from China.

I placed the order and paid $45. I never got any updated tracking info. The shipment has just been sitting in Cleveland since July 25th, stalled. I emailed the address on my confirmation asking for a refund. No response. I also emailed the address listed on their website. Still nothing.

I really don't think this is a real company with any kind of customer support. I have a copy of the confirmation if anyone needs to see it.
