Ordered a dress and never got any update until I asked
It really makes me wonder if they ever would have told me at all if I hadn't reached out first. They offered to exchange it for something else, but after waiting that long with no communication, I told them I just wanted my money back. I paid $149.95 and I'm still waiting for the refund.
Do NOT do business with this company. They will take your money and not say a word until you chase them down.
