Website says delivered but the photo is not my house

I ordered a Shelter Logic barn from this site and paid with Affirm. The barn was $1700 but with Affirm payments the total comes out to $2000. A couple days after ordering I got an email on Sept 9th saying there was a shipping problem and it was delayed 7-14 days. They said they would give a 30% refund within 14 days. I never got the product or the refund.

I logged into the website today and it shows my order as delivered with a UPS tracking number. When I check UPS it says it was delivered on Sept 9th, the same day I got the email saying it was delayed. UPS has a photo of the delivery and it shows two small boxes at a yellow house with a white door. My house is brown with a brown door. That is not my house.

I've tried reaching out to the company, Affirm and UPS and haven't had any luck with any of them yet.

Paid $800 for MICORE that was never shipped

I ordered MICORE through Zenergy because their page said it was in stock and would arrive by 9/13. When 9/13 came and nothing showed up, I contacted them and was told it was running late. They gave me shipping info saying it would arrive 9/15.

Then 9/15 came and still nothing. I reached out again because this was delaying my project and costing me hundreds a day. They told me they "gave me incorrect shipping information." But the tracker had my address, my product, and UPS said they delivered it on 9/15. I called UPS and they said they never got this product to ship and Zenergy never contacted them about shipping or tracking.

I reached back out to Zenergy and now they won't respond to me at all, just automated AI replies. This company is a scam and I hope this saves someone else the headache.
