Facebook ad mouthguard never showed up

I saw an ad on facebook for a mouthguard and ordered it through Shopify. They claim it was delivered but I have no record of anyone coming on my ring camera. I did not receive it.

They keep sending me delivery info but I don't have it. I filed a request with the Post Office already. I'm so furious that I got scammed. I know better and I'm disappointed in myself. Total money lost was like 59.95.
