I ordered some shoes from them. I live in Mississippi. Did not realize the order was coming from China. Their tracking supplied service showed item was clearing Customs in Los Angeles and at the same time being delivered to a mailbox in Virginia. I don’t expect to get my money back. So will use this as a hard learned lesson. Check first where your supplier is before placing your order.

Bought shoes from Zenttle and they won't refund me

I ordered some shoes from their website zenttle.com and paid about 90 cents for them. I know it's not a lot of money but it's the principle of the thing. The shoes were not what I expected at all so I tried to get my money back.

I emailed them at [email protected] like their site said to do for any issues. They just said no refunds, that's it. No explanation or anything. Just refused.

It's not even about the money at this point. It's the fact that they won't even talk about it. I'm just stuck with shoes I don't want and they keep the money. Seems wrong to me.
