Ordered a handheld game and got a dollar store toy

I ordered 2 handheld video games from this site and they only shipped 1 item. What showed up was a piece of garbage dollar store toy, not the handheld video game I ordered. Then they sent a text saying they were trying to take money out of my account, and someone called me pretending to be the bank asking for my personal information. Their email is [email protected]. I lost $28 on this.
