Gift card went to wrong email and no one will help

My sister bought me a $200 gift card from Zift Zillions of Gifts for my birthday. When I tried to use it, the card didn't come to me. I called the number on the back of the card and they told me it went to another email address.

They sent me something called a Gift Card Dispute Packet. I filled it out and attached copies of the sales receipt, front and back of the gift card, everything they asked for. I faxed it and also sent a hard copy on August 31, 2026. I called again on October 7, 2026, and couldn't reach a person at all.

My sister went back to the CVS in Marysville, CA where she bought the card to explain what happened. They told her they've had trouble with this card before. So now my sister is out $200 and I never got my gift.
