Facebook seller took my money and never sent shoes

I bought a pair of HF Stride sneakers from someone on Facebook. The name on the profile was Zinsuen. When the charge showed up on my credit card it said BSN*VNA NAVMODEA CA 92210 USA, which is not the name I thought I was buying from.

That was Sept 15 2026. I paid $30.72.

I never got the shoes. I tried to contact them and there is no way to reach anyone. Just wanted to put this out there.
