Ordered a 3-D fairy and got a flat piece of metal

I ordered a fairy item from Zovely.com that was clearly shown as 3-D on their website. The pictures looked really nice and detailed. When I got the package, it was just a flat cut-out piece of metal shaped like a fairy. Not even close to what was advertised. It's totally misrepresented and false advertising. I paid around $37 for this and it feels like a complete waste. I'm pretty upset about it.

Ordered garden fairies and got flat metal not 3-D

I ordered two garden fairies from Zovely.com and what showed up is not what they advertised at all. Their website shows these nice 3-D images of the fairies but what I got is flat metal. Not 3-D at all. They are also much larger than they said they were.

You can see it in the photos I took. It's just false advertisement. I paid about $64 for these and I feel like I got ripped off. I emailed them at [email protected] but I haven't heard anything back yet. Just wanted to put this out there so nobody else makes the same mistake.
