Website took my money for work pants and never sent confirmation

I found this site that had 8 pairs of work pants for 25.99 plus shipping. The total came out to 34.98. They said they would send a confirmation email to the Gmail we gave them. Three days later we still haven't gotten anything from them. So we ended up calling our bank and they are disputing it now.

Order from May never showed up and they keep lying

I placed an order on May 15th, 2026 and it is now Aug. 11th. I have gotten nothing but excuses and lies from their customer service people. They use different names every time I email them. For about a month straight they kept telling me it was shipped, then they said it was delivered to my post office. It wasn't.

I have contacted the state Attorney General office about this. Some of the emails I get back from them are the exact same word for word, just sometimes with a different name at the bottom. Sometimes it's the same name. It's just a complete scam. I lost $138.00 on this.
