Order from May never showed up and they keep lying

I placed an order on May 15th, 2026 and it is now Aug. 11th. I have gotten nothing but excuses and lies from their customer service people. They use different names every time I email them. For about a month straight they kept telling me it was shipped, then they said it was delivered to my post office. It wasn't.

I have contacted the state Attorney General office about this. Some of the emails I get back from them are the exact same word for word, just sometimes with a different name at the bottom. Sometimes it's the same name. It's just a complete scam. I lost $138.00 on this.
