Got a weird package with just a bead inside from an unknown sender

I got a random small package in the mail. There's no company name on it, just an address: 20 Haypress rd suite 313, Cranbury, NJ 08512. When I looked it up, it seems to go to a storage facility. I saw other people have complained about this same address, too.

I opened it up and inside was just one small bead in a little resealable plastic bag. That's it. I never bought this. I have no idea who sent it or why it came to me. It's just strange.
