Phone call about a loan I never applied for

Got a call from a woman named Rosalind. She said she was calling about my installment loan and that I was preapproved for up to $60,000 with payments as low as $450 a month. I never applied for any loan like that.

She left a message saying to call her back at 217-863-7454 to discuss the details before they get the documents ready. It didn't make any sense because I didn't apply for anything. Felt like a scam about credit cards or something. I didn't lose any money but it was strange.
