Cheap silver bracelets showing up every month I didn't order

I keep getting these cheap silver bracelets in the mail every single month. I never ordered them. They just show up from that address in South El Monte.

It's been going on for a while now and I've lost about $150 total. I don't know how they got my info but it feels like some kind of phishing thing. I didn't sign up for anything like this.
