Got a weird call about being a borrower, wanted me to call back

I got a call from this number, 308-207-1636. The person said they were calling to speak to people who are borrowers. That was it. They said they couldn't go into detail in the voicemail.

They just left that message, expecting me to call them back. It felt off. I don't know who they are or what they really wanted. I didn't call back.
