Voicemail about a civil matter with a fake case number

I got an odd voicemail on April 9 2026 at 11:43am about a civil matter. They said they were going to stop by and make 2 attempts and have me sign papers. They gave me a case # 430923 and a phone # to call back at 855-379-9747.

They tried to get the last 4 digits of my SS but I 100% refused. They told me they already have my full SS #. I 100% refused to cooperate.

My niece looked into it for me and that case # is no good. She thinks its a big scam. Funny though on May 5th someone did come to my door 2 times, an older Russian lady. Once at 9:30am and again around 4, same hours the recording said 9-4. So odd.
