Paid over ten thousand for roofing work and they never showed up

I paid these people a 50% deposit on March 28th for roofing materials, it was $10,190. The work was supposed to start on May 28th, I had that scheduled with the office manager Malerie Levens.

Come June 1st they were supposed to start but nobody showed up. I left messages after that and they never called me back. Nothing. The owner is Eric William Levens, his email is [email protected]. I just want my money back or the work done.
