Phone number keeps calling about a factoring debt I don't owe

This number (678) 787-6708 keeps calling me. They say they are a factoring company. They took $1300 from me and now they won't let me stop doing business with them. Or release the company I was working with.

I think they are fake. They are not even in the United States. They just keep taking money and there is no way to get them to stop. No one will answer me straight about anything.
