Text about Progressive policy saying I need to call

I got a text message and it had a code for Progressive in it. It said if I didn't make the request I needed to call the 833 number. I don't even know what request they were talking about.

I just blocked the number and reported it as spam. No company name on the text or anything. I didn't lose any money but it felt weird getting a message like that out of nowhere.
