Text saying I bought a gun I never ordered

I got this message saying I purchased a gun from some company and that it was paid through my PayPal account. I did not buy any gun. I do not want a gun. I do not need one.

Please cancel this whole thing right now. Delete the PayPal payment and clear my name from whatever this is. And let me know what else I am supposed to do so this does not happen again.
