Phone message saying my account is going to collections

I got a call from (574) 212-2574 and they left a voicemail. It said something like "This is a notification intended for" and then went on about how they are putting my account in collections. They said I could give a statement about what happened but it wasn't needed. Then they said if I don't call back they will put a stamp on my account as refusal to pay.

The first part of the message sounded like a normal person's voice but when I called back the 856-344-9331 number it was a digital voice. They said their office is open until 5 PM and to reference a case number. I didn't lose any money but it felt really sketchy. No company name was ever given.
