Called about a loan but they would not give me any info

I got a call from this number (866) 666-1439 about a loan. They said they could help me but when I asked for details they wouldn't tell me anything. Wouldn't even say where they were located or give me an address.

I asked to speak to a supervisor and they just refused. Kept saying I needed to pay some fees first but wouldn't explain anything. No company name or website. Just a phone number from Seattle, WA. I didn't send them any money because it felt off.
