Got a text about a loan I never applied for

I got a text about a loan application I supposedly applied for. When I tried to get more information, they just hung up on me. It felt really off.

They already had all my personal information and were pushing to get my banking details to "process" the loan. The thing is, I haven't applied for any loans at all. The whole thing didn't make any sense.
