Calls from spoof numbers saying I will be arrested

This company keeps calling me from spoof numbers. They say I need to call 8773966970 back or I will be arrested. I don't know what they are talking about.

They call from different numbers every time so I can't block them. I never asked for any credit repair or debt relief from them. It's just a recording telling me to call that number or else.

No company name on any of the calls. Just the phone number and threats.
