Got a letter about a car warranty for a car I don't even own

I got this weird letter in the mail. It was about a car warranty that was expiring, and it said I needed to pay $1500. The problem is, I don't even have that car.

The letter had my address on it, and my birthday, and even a bank account number. It felt really off. I never signed up for anything like this. They're trying to collect money for something that doesn't exist. The phone number on it was (888) 805-3439. I don't know how they got my information.
