Ordered a Power Fusion X1 online and can't get any shipping info

I saw an ad for a Power Fusion X1 on Facebook back on March 1st and I ordered it. I paid the $149.00 for it.

Since then, all I get are these emails saying to update my shipping. But every time I click the link, it just says 'can't go to the link, something went wrong.' It never works.

Now I have no way to contact them at all. The phone number and email don't get me anywhere. I never received the item.
