Called for a chimney cleaning quote and got harassed for days

I was trying to get quotes to clean my chimney and I called the number on this company's website by mistake. A guy came to my house and gave me a crazy high price for the cleaning. Then he told me it costs $100 just for him to come out and give the quote. He left his whole bag of tools here when he left.

Now for five days he's been calling and texting me all hours from different numbers, asking to come get his tools. I told him they're on the front porch to just pick them up. They're still sitting there. I've gotten so many calls and texts from numbers I don't know, harassing me about service appointments I never made. This company doesn't even have a real address or a local phone number listed.
