Got a weird email from an address I don't know

I got this email from [email protected]. They didn't say who they are at all. The email just had an address listed: 2269 chestnut st # 523, San Francisco, CA 94123. No name, nothing about who it's from or who it's for.

It felt off. I don't know this person or company. Is this even a real site? There's no way to tell who they are. I didn't lose any money but I don't like getting messages like this from nowhere.
