Instagram ad for 25% off Hertz deal that did not exist

I saw this ad on Instagram from aaa.com saying they had up to 25% off with Hertz. That was the whole reason I signed up for the subscription. But when I got it, the coupon was gone. They still have the ad up on Instagram though. So they are just advertising a deal that does not exist to get people to subscribe. It feels like a scam. I did not lose any money because I canceled in time, but it is still wrong. They are based out of Buffalo, NY 14214.
