Letter about prize vouchers asking for money to send them

I got this letter from AAPP Organization saying they were holding over $309.64 in gas and groceries in vouchers for me. It said I just needed to call (656) 220-0207 and use claim No. #CJ96082.

Soon as they asked me for $5.95 cents for sending the vouchers I knew it was a no winner. They wanted my Visa number or bank card. That's why I'm reporting this as a fraud business.
