Signed up for a senior voucher and they took extra money from my account

I applied for a $300.00 grocery and gas voucher for seniors from a company called AAPP PLUS. It was supposed to be $5.95. That was on June 5, 2026. The same day they took $44.79 from my account without me saying okay. Then on June 15, 2026 they took another $38.40.

I did not know about any of this until I checked my account on 6-22-26. So I called the number I ordered from, that is (813-771-0827), and told them what happened. They gave me another number for customer service, (813-771-2143). That number was for some medical place called All Health Palm Medicine. So I called back to the first number and told them. They hung up on me. I called again and they hung up on me again.
