Promised a $10 Amazon card for a quote, never got it

This has happened multiple times now. AARP and The Hartford offer a $10 Amazon gift card if you get an insurance quote. I called twice and both times they said I’d get it in an email the next day. Never happened.

I tried the chat too and got the same lame replies. Now I’m on a long hold on the phone while he checks into it. They lie and say next day, now they’re saying via US mail and it could take 6 weeks.
