Ordered a couch and nobody ever answered the phone

I ordered a couch and I never got any tracking on it. I called multiple times and nobody ever answered the phone. The number was 1(948) 900-8314 and the email they gave was [email protected].

I lost $25.99 on this. The address they had was in CA, USA but I have no idea if that's even real. I just want my money back or the couch.
