Email saying I owe a loan I never took out

I got an email from someone named Abbe David Lowell saying I owe over 3000 dollars for a loan from three years ago. I never got any loan like that. Never.

They been using at least four different company names but none of them have an address or a phone number. I looked them up and found nothing.

They also said they will have me arrested if I don't pay. No proof or anything. Just threatening me.
