Paid for TSA Precheck but no record with TSA

I tried to apply for TSA Precheck through their website. I paid the fees, it was $97. I went to the TSA office to finish the process and they had no record of anything from this company. The application ID number they gave me did not turn up anything in TSA’s system either.

So they took my info and my money. The website is Abfiling.com and they have an address in Novato, CA. Their email is [email protected]. I just feel stupid for using them.
