Pop-up ad for flashlights charged me way more than advertised

I got a pop up about flashlights best I ever seen for $24. Before I was done paying it said not done, hit complete. That sent me two more lights that wasn’t advertised. Cost was supposed to be $64, I was billed $83.

My credit card company would not refund, said to me I bought them and that’s it. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but no reply. The phone number is (989) 682-2410. I just wanted the one flashlight for 24 bucks not all this extra stuff.
