Text message saying I owe money to a hospital I used

I got a text from 62919 saying I owed $6,874.17 to ***** *** ******* **********. I have had treatment with them before, but never anything close to that balance.

So I checked my online account with that hospital system and there’s no balance. Nothing. This is clearly a scam. They somehow knew I’ve used that hospital before, which is creepy.

The text had a link to ac-pay.online/PS4tZ. I didn’t click it. Just wanted to report it.
