Job offer for remote scheduler turned into ID theft worry

I saw a posting on Facebook from acadiahealthcare saying they had a remote scheduler job open. $30 an hour with a flexible schedule. Sounded good so I contacted the Teams ID link they gave me. Did an online interview and they told me I met the criteria. Then they sent an application and a W4 form.

I filled everything out and sent my driver's license picture along with my phone number. Now I'm not sure what to do. I went back to the page and found two different Acadia health sites. They have my license photo now. Just be careful out there.
