Man named Marcus called saying we were in credit card violation

A guy named Marcus called us two weeks in a row. Last week he told us we were in credit card violation and said he would note it down that I knew this. He also said we were being billed too much.

He made it sound like I had to make sure we were in compliance because he said we were not. I had to make sure. It just felt off. The number was (855) 837-1805 and they used an email [email protected]. No website or real address just Lafayette LA.
