Hair straightener that didn’t work and they only offered me $7 back
When I got the product it did absolutely nothing. My hair was just wet. It’s basically a cheap plastic machine poorly made. I emailed them at [email protected] to ask for a return. Thats when I found out the warehouse is in China.
They did not want to take the product back. First they offered me only $5. I said no that’s not acceptable. Then they offered me $7. Still not acceptable. They told me it would cost too much to ship it back to China and I should just keep it and take the $7. So they kept my money, $41.58.
