Got a weird call about verifying tax information

I got this call. They said it's Monday the 15th, and the guy said he's Ardic Wittlock from an account verification services division department. He said they want to verify my tax information to verify a balance account. Told me to call back at 888-549-1425.

It's all nonsense. I don't know who these people are. The whole thing felt off from the start. Just a weird message out of nowhere asking for tax info. I didn't call them back.
