Signed up for car repair insurance and now they won't answer

I signed a contract for extended car repair insurance with these people. Their website is customer.aceautoprotect.com and they gave me a phone number (302) 444-0989. Ever since I signed up I have not been able to get in touch with them to file any claims.

I paid $1500 for this. Now I need to use it and nobody picks up the phone or replies. I tried calling a bunch of times. Just rings and rings. No email response either. Feels like I got scammed on an online purchase.
