Ordered hanging baskets on Facebook, got flower pictures instead

I ordered three hanging baskets off of Facebook from Ace Zoom. Paid $53.56 for them. Then I got a package from Sky Vogue Inc. on Milton Road in Gary, Indiana. It was just flower pictures inside. Not the actual baskets.

I have called them four times now. They keep saying somebody will call me back in 24 to 48 hours. I left five messages and nobody ever called me back. Still don't have my hanging baskets.
