Ordered from a Facebook ad, tracking stopped and no one will reply

I placed an online order through a Facebook ad on December 14th, 2025. The site was ackermanshop.com. I got tracking info and was following it, but then on February 2nd the tracking just stopped. I've been sending emails to [email protected] asking for an update, and then asking for a refund. I haven't gotten a single reply back. I'm out over $26 and there's just no response from them at all.
