Ordered pens from a website and still nothing after paying

I ordered some pens from https://www.acknowledgena.com/products/light-forever-breakable-ti-pen-mezmostand on May 25, 2026. It was $97.16. I paid and everything.

They never sent me a tracking number or anything. I tried asking for an explanation but they just don't give me a straight answer. No products have shown up. It's been a while now and I don't know what else to do.
