They demanded money for a loan and would not send proof

I got contacted by this company saying I owed money on a loan. They kept calling and emailing saying they would take me to court and I would have to pay. So I paid them for a few months because I got scared.

I asked them to mail me a validation letter to prove I actually owe this. They never sent it. The last email I got was from [email protected] and their address is 1400 Old Road suite 411, Westbury, NY 11590. There is no website I can find. I ended up losing about $1000 to them.
