Phone call about tax relief program with no proof I owe anything

I got a call from someone named Marianne Santos saying she was with the Active Relief Center. She left a message saying she was following up on my case about getting a "currently not collectible" status for back taxes. She said I could qualify for some 0 tax program hardship thing that stops collections and lets me settle for a small amount.

But I never asked about this. I don't even know if I owe any back taxes. She just called out of nowhere and said I need to call her back at 844-988-2531. It felt strange like she was trying to pressure me into calling before some "next cycle" starts. I didn't give them any money but it seemed like a scam trying to get my info.

Voicemail about a tax lien from a number I don't know

I got a voicemail from someone named Natalie Brooks saying she was with the Active Relief Center. She said there was a priority alert on my tax file and they needed to do a lien prevention thing to protect my home and cars and credit.

She said there were new settlement options to reduce what I owe and stop interest. I don't even owe any back taxes that I know of. The number she left was 877-887-0214. She kept saying to call back before my file moved into some automated collection phase. It felt really pushy and weird. I didn't call back.

Calls from different numbers about tax file protection

I have blocked this agency several times and they keep calling from a different phone number each time. This is the latest voicemail I got.

This is Natalie Brooks with the Active Relief Center. You can reach us at 877-887-0214. She says she's calling about a priority alert that has been issued for my tax file. Something about implementing an immediate lean prevention protocol for me. She said it's a critical step to make sure my home, vehicles, and personal credit stays protected from federal or state collection actions.

Then she mentioned new expanded settlement structures available this month to reduce what I owe and stop interest and penalties. I never asked for any of this. They just keep calling. I don't even know what I'm supposed to owe.

Call from "Natalie Brooks" about a tax file priority alert

I got a voicemail from someone named "Natalie Brooks" saying she was from something called "Active Relief Center." She said there was a "priority alert" on my tax file and I needed to call back to "protect my assets." Sounded like a scare tactic to me.

The number that showed up was 866-960-4206 and she left a callback number of 877-887-0214. I didn't call back or give any info. Just seemed really fishy, like a debt collection scam or something.

Call from Sara Miller about tax debt I don’t have

Got a call from someone named Sara Miller saying she was from Active Relief Center. She told me I had some unresolved tax debt. I am on Social Security Disability and haven’t had an income that qualifies me to file taxes since 2004. So I know this was a scam. She left a number to call back at (877) 531-1303 but I didn’t call.

The address she gave was in GA, USA. I didn’t lose any money because I knew it wasn’t real. Just a phishing thing.

Got a call about back taxes from a number I don't know

I got a call this morning from someone named Jessica Lee. She said she was from the Active Relief Center. The number was 877-875-2133.

She said my account shows unresolved back income taxes and started talking about penalties and interest. Then she mentioned a "zero tax program" and said her office was reviewing situations like mine. She said I should call that same number to speak to a tax advisor to see what I qualify for.

I never signed up for anything from them. It felt off. If your taxes are already resolved, or you don't want the calls, she said you can call and press 9 to be removed. I just don't know why they called me in the first place.

Got a call about back taxes I don't owe from a recording

I got a call from Active Relief Center. It was from 877-935-0568. It was just a recording, some woman named Olivia Gran, telling me to call 877-531-1301 to resolve back taxes. They said they have some zero tax program.

It doesn't make any sense. How can I owe back taxes? I haven't been working because I'm disabled. The whole thing just felt off.
