Voicemail from someone named Sam Freeman about a loan I never asked for

I got a voicemail from a guy named Sam Freeman who said he was from the compliance desk at Active Relief Network. He said a high priority notice was sent to my address and that it was important. He said Equifax and Experian refreshed my file and now I'm eligible for a personal loan of like $44,600 with payments of $428 a month.

He said our office was flagged to reach out because they were mandated to lock my file yesterday afternoon. He said he could hold it open until today at 5 o'clock because of some federal fund volatility pause. Then he said the window shuts down at 5 and he can't override it. He left the number 844-988-2530. I never asked for any of this and it doesn't make sense.
